Class Lists Posted August 3rd

I don't know who is more excited for class lists to be posted, the students or the teachers?  Similarly, who is more excited about the first day of school, the children or the parents?  How many of us feel like Nemo on his first day of school?  Are any of us parents feeling a bit like Nemo's dad?  I'm looking forward to meeting everyone on August 14th at "meet the teacher night".  Hours are from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. This night is for the student to meet the teacher, bring supplies and get a feel for the classroom.  Parent orientation night is scheduled for Tuesday, August 28th at 6:30pm.  By then, we will have a few days under our belts and you may have questions about classroom routines, schedules, policies, etc.  Parent orientation night will be the perfect opportunity to learn about the upcoming year and ask your questions.  I look forward to seeing you at both events.
